It looks awesome!
You did really well with adapting it to your current style I just love the hair *__* And the depth that you manage to get when you colour their faces and such. My favourite part is probably the details on the clothes though. You are so good at making those patterns and they're just jawdroppingly beautiful The flowers are gorgeous too Nice to see it finised! You did so well! Thanks a lot!
I wanna read them again, too -- I'm open for commissions: [link] o.o
Oh, my god. They all look amazingly gorgeous. <3 And I love the blue water spirit! x3 I recently re-read the books so I could read the latest book (made my head spin) But seriously, your art here, is awesome! -- ____________________________ But... but why are the brains gone?! The dark background tones also makes the blonde front characters stand out, and the person with dark hair melt in a bit with the background, looking cool and mysterious! Another subtle detail in the background that I think is very important is the castle. It helps the picture telling the setting of the characters, of course also with the clothing and dragons.
The techniqal skill and the feeling for colors that Shideh has makes this a wonderful picture to look at. I haven't read the book that these characters are from, but I think it wouldn't look wrong at all as a cover for it!
